BACKSTORY

I had been wanting to combine a small wallet with a tiny notebook for some time, so when my cousin called me in 2012 and requested exactly that, I immediately got to work. My cousin is a singer/songwriter living in Brooklyn, NYC (www.johndelore.com). He gave the product its name as he figured it would be a hit in his neighborhood. Here is the result: a compact simple wallet/notebook. A lot of time and effort has lead me to this design, and I stand by its quality and utility.

WALLET

Three card slots on the left fit 1-3 cards each (more when broken in), behind those is another pocket with a partially open top to facilitate access to your once-folded bills, business cards or whathaveyous. You can also tuck cards or that special someone's phone number behind the notebook.

I keep stitching off the spine where it receives the most wear and I've sized the dimensions exactly so your folded bills won't be crushed when the wallet is closed.

NOTEBOOK

Includes our A7 sized notebook (4.7” x 3”, 12cm x 7cm). High quality paper plays nice with all sorts of inks, even fountain pen inks. It behaves a lot like the paper in Leuchtturm notebooks - no bleed, but some show-through from the back if you use heavy inks.

I created these notebooks to be very slim, to keep the profile of our Park Sloper wallet/notebook/pen series as thin as possible. They are only 2.5mm thick.

40 pages, 20 sheets. Dot grid pages. Stitched spine. Matte black covers.

Sets of 2 refill notebooks are available in the notebooks section of the shop. This also fits the A7 sized notebooks from Rhodia (graph only) and Clairefontaine (ruled only), if dot grid is not your thing.

PEN

Fits pens up to about 1cm in diameter and 12.5cm long: Parker Jotter, Machine Era Brass Pen, Fisher Space Pen Cap-O-Matic and other styles, Caran D'Ache 849 and many others.

AVAILABLE ADD-ON PENS
