THE KEY LANYARD

"I don't often keep my keys on my belt, but when I do, I prefer this key lanyard."

High quality leather and heavy duty solid brass hardware. "Why not a swivel clip?", you might ask. Well, a swivel clip for your keys often requires two hands. This fixed hook can be operated easily with one hand. Simply push the key ring into it and your keys securely snap in, and depress the tang with your thumb and lift your keys up to remove -- easy in, easy out.

Button closure that holds it over the belt is very secure.

The brass and the leather will both age and patina to perfection. Leather loop fits over up to 1.75" belts.

This is a special premium parrot beak hardware sourced from Japan (hence this version being more expensive). The last photo is just to show function.

"NATURAL" LEATHER CHARACTER

I adore things that come to look better with age and through use become one-of-a-kind items. This product in the "natural" color is made of vegetable tanned leather and will evolve over time. It will darken to a rich caramel color with use and exposure to UV light and take on an individual character based on the use by the owner. After a couple months it will be beautifully unique. If you want to speed up the darkening process, you can tan the leather by leaving it in the sun. Or just load it up and throw it in your pocket and let time do the work!

I would strongly recommend treating this natural veg tanned leather product with a good leather oil or balm. It makes it look great and it prevents cracking and deterioration. I now offer my own One Star Leather Balm and it happens to be the best product I've ever used on my leathers:
