A simple, hand stitched cover for Field Notes and similar sized notebooks in superior quality leather. The addition of card pockets makes it a handy wallet.

I'm quite proud of this design. This is a Park Sloper Senior (see my other listings) stripped of its pen sleeve. This design fits most 3.5" x 5.5" softcover notebooks and ships with a Field Notes book.

Two card slots hold at least 4 credit cards each (maybe more once it breaks in), and behind them is a long pocket that fits folded bills, receipts, etc. The long pocket is partially open at the top, which makes it much more usable that a fully stitched one. You can also tuck bills or business cards or that special someone's phone number behind the notebook. I keep the stitching off the spine, where threads receive the most wear. Finely burnished edges and superior quality leather means it feels great in your hand and looks great to your eye.


Includes a Field Notes 3.5"x5.5" pocket notebook, and it will work with similarly sized notebooks from a wide variety of companies: Clairefontaine, Moleskine, Rhodia, Fabriano, Word Notebooks, Rite in Rain, Doane Paper, Paper Stax, Scout Books, Furrow Books, Slim Note, Denik, Calepino--you get the idea, there are tons of options.

My recommendations for fountain pen friendly notebooks in this size are: Fabriano EcoQuo dot grid, Goulet Pens Tomoe River 68g, Clairefontaine.

Yes, this will work well with a passport, but we can also custom make one for you that is sized exactly for a U.S. Passport (a little less tall).

I am limiting my post office runs to once a week. Usually this is Friday. Orders will ship by Friday of the week they were ordered.


Default shipping: First Class Domestic and First Class International

This usually means a couple days or less to the west coast, 4-7 days to the east coast, and 5-14+ days to the rest of the world.

FYI: Tracking is not always updated reliably with First Class Mail. Also, tracking is NOT UPDATED reliably, if at all for First Class International mail once it leaves the USA. Don't hate me, I'm just the messenger. 

We do not ship via UPS or FedEx. Sorry/not sorry. 


Priority Mail - The biggest advantage to Priority Mail is that it includes insurance up to $100. Often this is worth the few extra bucks. It is very rare that a package gets damaged or lost, but it does happen.

Priority Mail may speed deliver over regular First Class Mail by a day or two, especially effective to the east coast.

Returns & Exchanges

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

There is a 15% restocking fee on returns. If the cause for return was our mistake, this fee is waived. Returned goods must be in unused and re-sellable condition. Condition is evaluated upon receipt of your return. The 15% restocking fee may increase depending on the condition of the item.

I do NOT accept returns of Build-Your-Own, personalized/monogrammed items or belts, as they are always custom sized (unless we made a mistake).
